Cheesecake to trade for produce

So last Sunday I went to Braum's and bought an 8 inch Braum's New York Style cheesecake. I ate half of it, and decided it really needed a topping, so I went out and bought a box of blueberries. I used up half the box on the remaining half of the cheesecake. Yummy.

Now I've got half a box of blueberries, I need to buy another cheese cake. But I only need half the cake to go with half the box. It's probably not too wise to for me to eat two full cheese cakes in two weeks, anyway.

So I'm going to buy the cheesecake tonight at Braum's. Will anyone trade me some healthy low calorie produce for half a cheese cake? Maybe three green peppers? Or some greenbeans? Or two egg plants? A head of lettuce? Tomatos? Better yet, some strawberries?

Cory

P.S. I used to grow stuff off my back porch, but now my porch doesn't get enough light. So I'm open to about any fresh produce.

What about some kale? If you can wait a few days, I should have extra eggplants for you.

I was really upset when I came back from a weekend trip and found someone had stolen my tomatoes. They were just about to ripen on Friday and there were a bunch of them on the vines.

On Sunday I happily toted a bag and a pair of scissors for a harvest, only to find one or two green tomatoes left on the plants. :-(

What is kale? Will I like it?

The reason I used to like gardening off of my third floor condo porch is almost no one would ever sneek up there to take my food. (One year they did. They took my tomatos and threw them onto the cars parked below!)

I can't believe people just take food like that.

People? People? That doesn't sound like something people would do.

I bet Winnie the Pooh did it.

That is so funny, did you have a tummy ache?

I think the tomatoes were probably stolen by animals, I had the same thing happen last year, moved my garden closer to my house.

It wasn't Pooh, Bl. Unless tangerine saw a little black rain cloud hovering over her tomato patch. . .Then it could just as likely been Eeyore.

No tummy ache, Robyn. I just felt phat!

Thanks for the eggplants, tangerine! I think I am going to make them with parm cheese tonight.
